Bathtub Gin & Co. would like to acknowledge that we are on the unceded ancestral lands of the first people of Seattle, the Duwamish People past and present, and honor with gratitude the land itself and the Duwamish Tribe.

Our staff pledges to create and expand opportunities for service workers and communities that have historically been overlooked. Bathtub Gin & Co. is obligated to dismantle systemic racism in our community and understands the urgency and importance of this work.

• Articulate the necessity of cultivating a deeper understanding of the communities that we serve, and incorporate their perspectives, needs, feedback, and priorities into our strategic decisions and leadership.
