Bathtub Gin & Co
Our Story
Located in the former boiler room of The Humphrey Building, Bathtub Gin & Co. is a multi-level cocktail bar tucked beneath one of Belltown’s most storied buildings. Designed by architect Warren Milner in 1923 and completed in 1928, The Humphrey is known for its intricate terra cotta ornamentation and stands as one of the largest pre-1930 apartment buildings still in the neighborhood. We’re proud to be part of its long history.
Bathtub was created to feel discovered rather than announced. The entrance is quiet, the lighting low, and the atmosphere relaxed. Inspired by Prohibition-era cocktail bars, the space invites you to slow down, settle in, and enjoy the moment. It's a place for conversation, curiosity, and well-crafted drinks shared at an easy pace.
Our bar is stocked with a wide selection of liquors from around the globe, and our cocktail program leans classic while leaving room for creativity. Sip on a local Gin & Tonic, order an Old Fashioned, or let one of our bartenders guide you toward something they love making. Every drink is approached with care and intention. Bathtub Gin & Co. is owned by Jessica Gifford, who has been part of shaping the Belltown bar scene for years. She's also behind neighborhood favorites Luca's, Cottontail Club, and most recently, Queen City. Each space is different, but they all share the same goal: creating places that feel welcoming, familiar, and quietly special.
